Very quick to test water and install system. Customer service stops there! Several calls to Don and the office and nobody will come to see why the supplied system didn't end sulfer odor as promised. Waste of time and money, please look elsewhere. Read the reviews, not a good service. I hope that this helps others to find an honest company because Don is not a reputable businessman

Great experience with this company. Spoke with the owner, Don, personally and got some suggestions to fix my failing water filter system. Had a tech out here, quickly after repairing the system I had to help keep costs down. This has been a great experience for this single working mom with limited income. Thank you so so much Culligan of Laconia and Charlie the tech guy!!!!

Great people, great service, great products. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my water! Zach, the installer, did an amazing job. Kutos to the whole team.

Shortly after installation, the system leaked not once, but TWICE. A while later mold was found in the adjacent inner wall by an expert. Don, the owner, denies it is related to their mistake. Even worse, Don became argumentative and will not even provide the contact information to his insurance company for me to put in a claim. Subsequently, I was told by my Code Enforcement officer that a permit should have been pulled because they tap into the plumbing of the home. So, I was ill-advised by this franchise rep on this matter. Lastly, the drain line was apparently not properly installed when tapping in to a sewage line according to my HVAC provider...I need to remedy this issue now as well. This conduct is far below any professionalism and I strongly recommend anyone find another Culligan provider as the products are great, but this particular service franchisee appears to be morally confused.

Culligan's is a great company from customers service to the water systems they provide. There tect guys have always been effective in assessing any issue and met my needs in a timely fashion. I appreciate you all, thanks for always being so helpful .
