I got in an accident 2 years ago and called up my insurance through them....they said we didnt have any! When we bought my care we were REQUIRED to have it to drive off the lot!!! They dropped the ball, but we reluctantly decided to keep it when I traded my car in soon after that.
Fast forward to less then 1 year later, we receive a cancelation on our insurance (which we set up automatic payments for over the phone with them) they were going to "fix" this issue and again set us up for automatic payments. Yesterday we received a collection notice for insurance! We have been driving around uninsured for how long?! AND THEY NEVER SET US UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS!!!!!
I know we should have been more vigilant but my husband and I both own our own very busy local businesses and have 3 kids in sports! I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this office......1 star isnt even low enough!
