        The work Tom did for my vacation house in Meredith, NH was awful across the board. He took advtage of me becuase I do not live there full time. He refused to be accountable when something (lots of things) went wrong. The one time he tried to fix a mistake he ended up painted over a whole wall with the complete wrong color and just left it there. He has a large ego and gets very defensive when you tell him you're grossly unhappy.

        I called Tom in a pinch and he was very quick to respond, and did a great job taking care of the issue. He is friendly and punctual, two things that are hard to come by when dealing with Handymen. We will be using Tom again in the future for all of our handyman needs.

        Tom is incredibly responsive and has been very kind to show up in last moment situations when I really needed his help. I would highly recommend keeping Tom on speed dial for all handyman needs. Great help is so hard to find. Tom is one of the great ones!
