I switched to Stafford Oil & Propane about a year ago after being a longtime customer of a different heating supplier company. Right off the bat, I noticed how efficiently the entire Stafford operation was run from the ground up. Be it sales, reception, delivery, service, maintenance, etc., each department is helmed by friendly and knowledgable staff members. Just this week during a cold snap, I had a heating emergency at a rental property I own and my message was returned by a Stafford service member promptly and arrangements were made extremely quickly to address my needs, with thorough, professional explanations of my options. Really glad I found this company for my all my heating needs. Highly recommend.

Spectacular Customer Service. We needed to have propane tanks installed; Bob Snyder and his TEAM were wonderful to work with. I would recommend Stafford Propane to anyone who needs / wants spectacular customer service for their oil or propane needs!!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently had a problem with my gauge that caused me to believe I was shorted oil. I called several times was always helped and they explained there could be a problem with the gauge.I wasn't very nice. They were right I was wrong. I could not recommend Stafford more, they professional helpful and have always been there for us.
