We were having problems with parts of our Rais stove which was installed 16 years ago. Rais stoves are made in Denmark and are not often found in our area. At that time the nearest dealer was 150 miles away, in Maine. We had searched thoroughly for information to enable us to fix the problem. But, we could not find anything that would help. In desperation, we reached out to GEO (which now handles Rais products in our area). We had never done business with them before. Within 24 hours we heard back from Bruce. He had contacted the Rais importer, obtained an installation manual specific to our exact problem, and attached it to his response. WOW! Never expected such a satisfying, professional, thoughtful, quick response from a company with which we have never done business. Should we be looking for products in the future that GEO handles, we'll be at their door in Keene without question.

A bit difficult to access because of street construction but worth it. Product variety good. Prices competative. Delivery and installation was fraught with problems and damage to our porch but owner waived installation fee to compensate for damage. Ongoing stove problems still unresolved months later. Will not be a place we recommend.

I won't comment on the company as a whole, as they did not install, only sold due to cost of running a pipe from stove to wall. but the piazzetta Monica I purchased So far is not even close to the quality and ease of my Harman P68. If you don't clean every 35 lbs stove shuts down, refuses to run, where my Harman would go days between pot cleaning and a ton of pellets before empty ING the ash tray. So play on 10x's the maintenance with Piazzetta. Do not recommend, buy a harman

My husband and I entered into a solar contract with Green Energy Options on June 4, 2021, and they still have not completed the job. Communication has been terrible, work was not be done correctly, and it has been nothing but mistakes and excuses. Stupidly, we paid this company in full, and have nothing to show for it. Technically, we have most/all of the materials, including the panels, but since we don't know how to install them, and it does not seem like Green Energy Options does either, they are of little to no value to us. When we signed the contact, we were informed the project would be completed on or around August of 2021. We were also referred by Green Energy Options to a local bank for the loan for this project. I would like to note that we have been paying for the loan and our electricity both thorough this project. No one informed us of any delays until we reached out in September of 2021, after the job did not start. At that time, we were informed we needed to make structural improvements to our attic in order to proceed with the project. Initially, we asked if the set-up should be on the ground instead, and we were assured it would be more expensive and less efficient. Simon, who we were originally working with assured my husband the improvements would be minor, and my husband performed these changes according to the direction he received from Simon. It was months before we could again proceed and have the state inspect out, due to COVID with the Green Energy crew. Once the state inspector came out, it became apparent the required changes were much more comprehensive. At that time Pablo, the owner of Green Energy Options, agreed to pay for all the materials for the required improvements, and offered to send someone to assist my husband with the repairs. As it soon turned out, Pablo had not read the report and did not initially purchase the correct amount of materials. Moreover, no help was sent to my husband to assist with the work. My entire family came down with COVID in January and we were unable to complete the improvements until February. At that point, we waited almost another month as Green Energy Options/Pablo told us he was attempting to contact their engineer for final sign off of the improvements. After repeated delays in this regard, my husband called the engineer directly, reached him immediately, and was able to get his sign off that day. Since then, the system has been interconnected and we have discovered that the entire system was wired and/or configured incorrectly and is not generating any power. We waited weeks more to have their electricians (subcontractors, we've gathered) at our house, only to continue to not be able to fix these issues. At this point, I don't know what we are going to do. This has been financially calamitous for us. Imagine going solar only to spend significantly more on power than you did before. We have three children, and this is financially debilitating. We have paid this company more than $40,000.00. They may be good for smaller jobs, but I would not recommend them for solar. Everything we have seen suggests they genuinely do not know what they are doing. Time and time again, it is almost as though they keep forgetting about our project and never have the resources to dedicate to our job. Also, none of this details issues with the batteries that are supposed to be a part of the system.
