They closed, for good. Netflix absolutely sucks wind, at least the streaming kind, maybe I'll do the 3 out by mail.

I have been there about 30 times. The customer service is very good when the place is busy, but I have noticed that the customer service is not quite as attentive when things get slow. Still, it is good place to find a movie, especially some lesser known classics (this makes it more valuable than RedBox).
Major Pro: The DVDs are checked and cleaned, so you won't experience frozen, or skipping DVDs like you will if you see a lot of RedBox DVDs. This also is what makes it valuable.
