I love Anderson! I live out of state and have ordered online from them many times over the past few years (including yesterday) for my family who lives in the Keene area. The flowers always turn out even more beautiful than the photos and are delivered on time. I appreciate their professionalism very much and my family is always thrilled with the result. Thanks!

Don’t use them if it’s important at all. I’ve been disappointed so many times, I would unfortunately not go back. Called 3 times to check order never delivered and never called. Thanks again

I requested through the online system that the order be delivered on a specific date. The order was not fulfilled properly as it was delivered four days earlier than requested. I called and provided an opportunity for the situation to be rectified. The lady I worked with offered to deliver the order on the day originally requested. I accepted and would have ordered from the business again. Unfortunately, the boss in his mid-sixties has made my decision not to provide future business to the company. He was rude to my wife on her birthday when he should be delivering to patrons without added negativity. The negativity from this person cost the company more than my business. I would recommend a more sunny disposition if the older gentlemen is going to deliver to the community.
