I used this company to clean my moms house for her, due to her not being able to do it herself. The first time they came it looked like they dusted nothing, Cobwebs still on the ceiling and all. I work at a merry maids myself out in California and I dont know what their standard of clean, but definitely not something special. They sent the same team out again WITH the owner, and it looks like they just saw the pictures that were sent and fixed those. Instead of actually looking through the house and fixing everything the team might of missed, they left in under an hour. (to my knowledge) My mom waited 5 hours for them to show up because she never received a notice of them being on their way. With two cleanings id expect her to be happy with the results. Seeing the photos shes sent, I can see why shes not. And lastly, I get being understaffed, but no one being able to answer the phone isnt right. How are you going to have good customer service when no one answers. We are thoroughly disappointed. Services: General housekeeping, Deep clean
