Based on online reviews from several sites and the detailed New Horizon website we set up an appointment with Gary. He repaired a broken tub diverter and drain, replaced the tub fixtures, and repaired the sink drain. He was knowledgeable, personable, and gave thorough information. This was my first time using New Horizon and I was really happy with their service! I worked directly with Gary, who got back to me within a few hours and was able to squeeze me in the next day. He was able to take out my old toilet and install the new one within 45 minutes! The price was also much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. Will definitely be reaching back out to them for any future services that I need! Service: Toilet installation

Gary does great work. Replaced an old washing machine valve and seized up mixing valve. He may not be the cheapest, but he'll get the job done properly and timely. He handles bidding and actually completing the work so you'll know what to expect.
