image BUYER BEWARE! I've used an immobile oral sleep apnea appliance for 25 years made by a dentist & it was time for a new one. Although it is adjustable, the Somno Guard AP2 slides and did not remain fitted to my teeth causing excruciating pain and sensitivity in every tooth. No sympathy from 1st Line. I'm out nearly $300 for the appliance plus the cost of 2 doctor visits for fitting the appliance. Save yourself the money, aggravation & pain by ordering the Stop Snoring Solution for less than $8 at walmart.com and heating it to protrude the lower jaw for sleep apnea.

image Do not use this company!!! They admitted to forgetting to mail me a hard copy of my sleep apnea results. When the test was first ordered, there was a glitch in my insurance and I had to chase this company and the doctor just to get the test initiated. It is now 2 months from the time the test has been ordered and I still dont have a copy of the results and have not spoken to or heard from the doctor. After admitting they forgot to send me a copy of the results, they told me the ordering doctor is the only one who can receive the results. This should be a lawsuit as I am still untreated two months later and only dealing with lack of responsibilities completed. Run from any recommendation to this company.

image Great customer service. Friendly people actually answered the phone. They answered my questions, processed my payment, and delivered my device as promised. It seems to be high-quality and it fits comfortably.

image If I could give the company a zero I would. We had purchased an imogen 5 Portable oxygen concentrator. We were not given all details about the machine despite asking as many questions as we could think of. The answers that we did receive were not complete answers. For example, when asked the question "Is the machine refundable?." Answer was "Oh Yes It is." The salesmen neglected to say that there was a 25 percent restocking fee. That amounts to over $500.00.
We were not told that this was a pulse breathing machine only, which unfortunately does not work for me. I would need a continuous flow machine. Two people from the company said that there were other brands to try, however We needed to speak with the salesman for a return or exchange of the machine. The salesmen informed us there was no such machine and we needed to go back to customer service for a return. In each transfer we waited over 30 minutes on hold. When we asked to speak to a supervisor we were given an answering machine. Since it took
3 days awaiting a return phone with our initial tech support, I will not hold my breath awaiting a supervisor to return my call. By the way awaiting for return phone calls for days counts against your return window.
There is much more. Too much for this review outlet. Take away this,
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON 1ST LINE MEDICAL.
