        I have used this company for many years for septic service. I cant say enough about the experiences I have had. I have had 3 of the drivers and all of them have been extremely knowledgeable, polite and have given me great recommendations on different issues. I highly recommend this company!

        Rude. Unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

        Have used this company multiple times. In July has them come out for an emergency plugged baffle. Made payment by check. Since paying have received not ONE but TWO overdue notices. After receiving the first one called the company and the women I spoke to was nothing but rude, gave them the check # date paid and the deposit information from the back of the check for their bank deposit of my payment. Today receives a second overdue notice with added fees for non payment! Uncaring, unprofessional office/billing staff amd will never use or recommend this company to anyone!! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

        Both Natalie and Laith were extremely professional and on the ball with every aspect of the identifying the issue, quoting, and install of a replacement pump for our septic. Being an engineer myself, I'm pretty interested in doing the research before hand so I know I'm getting what I expect to be. Laith came up with exactly what I had calculated to be the correctly sized pump that would do the job as needed. Laith made me feel knowledgeable and he also welcomed my input unlike another company (Stearns Septic Service) that I had paid to pump out my tanks where the owner had treated me like I was an idiot. Unlike the owner of Stearns Septic Service, Laith of Henniker Septic was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, punctual and tidy. I highly recommend that you do business with the Henniker Septic Team, without reservation. Service: Septic system installation
