        I am customer of that branch over 10 years, and throughout all these years I loved this little branch. The attitude of all the employees was always very friendly and helpful. And I was very surprised when yesterday I visited this branch asking for help, and received such terrible service. They seemed to help me, but the manager Martha, behaved in such a way that I was uncomfortable asking her. It felt like all my questions irritated her. To my attempts to get additional information, she answered I dont know, I have an appointment, I need to leave. She literally escorted me out of her office and left me to deal with my problem myself. So disappointed

        I have been a customer of Service Credit Union for over 30 years. I dont go in regularly, so I always need help. Every single time they have been kind and helpful. I now have my mortgage and checking account with them. We just got some papers notarized today with no problem. I highly recommend Service Credit Union for great service!!

        Initially thrilled with their service, it seems to have gone downhill. Multiple times I've gone in to try to set up my teenager with a bank account to be told they don't have the staffing to facilitate that. When I asked when they would have the staffing so I could come back- I was told they recommended that I drive to another branch with a shrug. If staffing at this branch is that big of an issue- maybe start allowing patrons to make appointments or something. Update- received a lovely call from the manager and was told this was not how they operated and she would insure that the staff was provided with some additional information on the options available for making appointments so that frustrations like this are prevented. I probably caught the staff member that spoke to me on a bad day (twice)- so I'm upgrading the two star to a five star since at the end of the day good service and follow through is what counts and the manager definitely provided that.
