My wife and I recently bought a house and with 2 inches of water in the basement we weren’t off to a great start! So grateful we heard about Mike and his team at NH Dry Basements! There were in and out in only a few days, the musty smell in the air is already gone along with the water! This company is professional and responsive and the best part is that what they do WORKS!

He looked through my basement and outdoor areas that I had concern about and told me exactly what could be done. He was honest and helpful. Showed up early to our appointment then left 1 minute after our scheduled appointment. Called me to tell me he is busy and has no time to wait around. Our appointment was at 9am he left 1 minute after our scheduled appointment. Rude and horrible customer service.

Talked to mike on the phone and we scheduled a day for him to come out and give me a estimate. Mike came in with a great price and was very easy to deal with and friendly. Mike and his team installed a sump pump in our house and solved our flooding issue. Would highly suggest reaching out to nh dry basement and talking to mike.
