I couldn't be more pleased with the replacement vinyl siding work Corey and his team did for us. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, communicated timeline adjustments when applicable due to low supply/high demand items, kept the yard very tidy and exceeded our expectations in every way. They truly made us fall in love with our home all over again!

I contacted Corey Boucher and Blue Moon Builders in Feb of 2021 for a quote and Corey was very responsive and communicated very well. Told him that I wanted the project done before it snows. Well come June Corey contacts me and says he needs to get a deposit for the windows and siding as there are long lead times and rising costs for materials. No Communication from Corey at all after June until I started to email and text him in September to figure out when this project would be done. Corey might have answered 1 out of every 4 or 5 emails regarding this project. The only answer that I got was that he was coming and to not worry. So time goes by and more emails and texts go unanswered and finally he responds to a couple messages (this is now mid to end of October). After numerous promises from Corey of having a dumpster and materials delivered that never came true finally come November 20th, a dumpster was delivered and crew came to my house and started ripping down all the old shakes to prep for siding.. The crew work for approx 2 weeks on and off (were not there for 2 weeks straight). During this time they tore my house and garage apart and put up a bit of flashing under the eves of the roof. Well we are now in March of 2022 and I have not seen Corey or any of his crew since December 1st. My house is torn apart through whole winter. Why would someone come and rip someones house apart if they were not going to finish the job? Well long story short, between Dec 2021 and Mar of 2022 there have been countless emails sent to corey that have gone unanswered and countless excuses. Some what I have heard, we are on vacation, my whole crew has covid (I actually believe both of those for some unknown reason), these excuses were why he never came back in December. Then come January I emailed a few more time to no avail and never received a response. Come Feb of 2022 I finally send an email stating that I will be contacting the BBB and writing reviews of his company for all to see because of how poorly I feel I have been treated and that I feel that he has done nothing other than steal my money and commit fraud. Well let me tell you once he got that email I got a response immediately. Corey proceeds to tell me how he has been in business over 20 something years and he has never just taken someones money and never finished a job and that things are very difficult to get materials and every other excuse in the book. Well I gave him a deposit in June for the materials so they should be that hard to get if he ordered them like he was supposed to. I even offered Corey to let me know if he misquoted the job due to rising costs and could provide me the differences that I would be willing to pay more if needed. Corey tells me that the price is not the issue and that he is coming (yet again) and to not worry. Well we are now in March of 2022 and I have email numerous time again to no answer and have had it, so I am writing this on hopes that at least someone else sees this and does not get screwed over by Corey and Blue Moon Builders in Gilford NH. As of the writing of the review March 3, 2022 my house has been torn apart for 4 months now and I have not see a person on my property attempting to perform any kind of work. I have offered Corey to just deliver the material that I paid for and we can end this relationship and no response. So for now and up to the point of anything changing Corey and Blue Moon Builders is nothing more than a bunch of thieves and fraudsters that will promise you the world and never deliver. I honestly like to support local businesses and keep the money in the community but things like this make it very difficult to support the little guy.
