My PCP in Laconia office left who was working with my cardiologist and the new Dr who took over, will not prescibe the meds for me. I'm out of meds, getting the run around. Guess I don't need them anymore

Don't waste your time with this place I waited 2 months to get into an appointment then they called me and canceled my appointment and are now trying to make me wait another 2 months

Zero stars for this my best friend is going to quit this place first of all the providers in this place are slow to call in refills as they take for ever to respond to phone calls but this is not what broke the camel's back what did it is this ....nurses under dosed my best friends medicine ....medicine for her medical issue.... she then went to Dartmouth er because her problem got worse ....her Dartmouth doctor contradicted what the doctor from health first told her ..she took the dosage that Dartmouth advised her to take.... she feels better but when she called up health first they countered what the Dartmouth doctor told her.... health first has the Dartmouth records and refused care ..Dartmouth ( the number one hospital in nh) Was right as I witnessed her feeling better .......health first is NO Dartmouth ....BUT THEY THINK THEY ARE BETTER ......THEIR CAR IS MAKING MY BEST FRIEND FEEL WORSE.... we are thinking about getting a lawyer.......everyone who has similar issues need to think about calling a lawyer and don't go to this place!!!!!!!!!!

Nurse triage over the phone for this Health First office has some extremely rude nurses with an attitude. This place is fantastic in all other aspects, only downside is some of the rude staff working here.
