We use ABtech air bearings on our in-house built optical lens blocking stations (Optimax Systems Inc.). We have at least 15 of them and they perform perfectly! We have never had one fail. They have worked very close with us to customize their product to exactly what we need.

Peak Nano needed a system to precisely measure the refractive index of plastic film to ensure final lenses met customer specifications. The system developed by ABTech to conduct this measurement was completed on time, to specification and on budget. This one of a kind system robotically picks up thin film, measures the refractive index and records the data in a data management system. We could not be happier with the work ABTech did on this device!

We purchased the manual spin version of the AT200 air bearing to use in our optical assembly station. It works wonderfully and provides us with the accuracy and stability we need to build high precision space telescopes. Further when an adjustment knob was bent, AB Tech quickly replaced it so we could get back up and running immediately. We are very pleased with the product, service, and overall quality of experience we received from AB Tech.

We use 2 AB Tech air bearing spindles with tip/tilt and centering capability in our facility. These units our used for precision assembly and final metrology. We have never had an issue with either one and the AB Tech Team is a great partner for us. We will be adding more systems as our young organization continues to grow.
