Abacus Water Systems

Long standing customer of nearly twelve years, purchasing a water radon mitigation system in one of our homes and a water softener system along with an arsenic system in another this past year. Scheduled an appointment for maintenance and the owner no-showed on us, no call or email to apologize or reschedule. Called them for several days in a row and their number is now disconnected and their website is gone, hearing from other clients that they've been left in the dark by the company. Having difficulty finding someone who will service their equipment now.

The company ghosted us. The main number doesn't seem to work. We emailed Jake, even called his personal cell phone, and got a generic voice mail greeting. Not cool. We have thousands of dollars worth of radon mitigation equipment to maintain, and no one to maintain it. Also need our water filter tanks redone, and I'd have to be a fool to go with a company that can't return a phone call. I hope they're OK. Seriously. It's very strange how the company seems to have disappeared. I'll edit this review if I ever hear back from them.

Jake did a fantastic job installing our whole house system and RO filter. He took the time and effort to do it right and we are very happy we chose abacus.

I have had a whole house water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system which is piped to my kitchen sink from Abacus for approximately 14 years. Not only was the price good, but the product they use is fantastic. I am really bad about that whole maintenance thing, so have only had it serviced twice in 14 years and still have not had any problems. If I were to need another system, I would definitely go with Abacus.
