Stratham Tire

I had a tire puncture on my semi trailer. I went to Stratham tire which is a Michelin dealer. Their website listed they opened at seven I was there at 6:30 and the door shows they open at 8 AM. He has one of the employees arrive at the store I told him I had a flat tire I needed a replacement. He looked at me like he hated his job and he says Im not sure if we can even see you today. I told him that I could wait and I preferred to be next to the tire shop then on the side of the road with a flat. He didnt acknowledge my comments he and his employees started coming in everybodys terrible attitude was the same. I was escorted to their waiting area and I asked them if they had a specific tire for a trailer he said we carry that brand but I dont know if we have it we dont open till 15 minutes. He was basically telling me not to talk to him until they were open. After sitting there for one hour being ignored I decided to look somewhere else. I came across Sullivan tire which was 10 miles away. I drove my truck carefully to the location arrived to great, prompt service with fair pricing. I was in and out in less than half an hour, which is amazing in the trucking world! Thank you for the our help Sullivan Tire. This is why you dont throw trash out the window. Look at picture below.

Very happy with how quick the service was. I brought in the spare tire for my truck to be replaced at 1:30 pm and it was ready by 3 pm that same afternoon. I also deal with the commercial truck and equipment tire department through my job at a local tractor dealer and the service is just as great as I received today.

We were pretty sure we had punctured our right rear inside tire on our Mercedes Itasca Navion Motorhome. Chris was so helpful in getting us the specific tire we needed, which we picked up, to have installed at a location geographically closer to our rig. Long story short, the tire was good, but the small extension valve had been cross threaded by a previous installer; therein, not allowing air to be let out or put in. We thought we might use the new tire by replacing the spare but it was in prefect condition. I sheepishly called Chris back, asking if he would take the tire back with a restocking fee. Since the tire had not been mounted he said sure he would take our return. Much to my surprise, he refunded us completely, no restocking fee and even gave me a new extension valve which was not cross threaded. A champion of a guy, working for and with a champion of a business. Best, best regards. Thanks Chris and Stratham Tire.
