Went here for first time on Thursday with very important and sentimental items to be shipped across country. A person by the name of Mike couldn't be any more helpful and very solicitous. I will always use their services from here on .

Owner/front man has no mask. When asked why, "Because I like to breathe." Suggested that any responsible business would have its customer service people masked to protect clients, the owner said, "They're not in here long enough." Great place to go get infected. Run away for multiple reasons. Although this place may be perfect if you're a member of the lunatic right wing. God Bless You and Keep You if you are.

Went in to drop off packages with labels. Owner had no mask. He was dealing with a plumber or electrician (who had a mask) and was ignoring customers. He finally acknowledges me and says to leave my packages on the desk. The place is a disorganized, unprofessional mess, with people's important packages strewn everywhere right near the desk. I almost left because I felt like my packages wouldn't be handled well. I asked for a receipt, assuming he would do the normal fast electronic scan...nope, he sighs heavily and starts hand scribbling 3 long tracking numbers on a scrap of paper. I could barely read it and was uncertain it was even accurate. Just crossed my fingers and left. I said thank you and got no reply. My packages did get to their destination.  I am now going to the shipping place near the Lee traffic circle. Highly recommend.
