      image After having awful experiences with other gyms and their staff, it was refreshing to find Solutions Gym and meet Rick. Rick took my health questionnaire seriously when creating a plan for me that kept me motivated, energized and sweating! Rick has a friendly professionalism that just makes you feel comfortable with him from the beginning. The gym is small, but has everything you need and is located in a well lit area with plenty of parking. I enjoyed my time there very much!
