They showed up with b a large vacuum. Their camera? A cell phone. Did not have the tool to shake loose debris in our lint filter. Sold us filters that were never delivered. Did not reply to phone calls or emails.

TOTAL SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! What an all around terrible company. I am a fairly level headed person and even when mistakes are made, as long as they are handled appropriately I can understand, but these people are terrible. We needed our air ducts cleaned so after searching google in our area we found these people. We have never had to have this done before (just bought the home) so we saw the special they were running for $7 per vent. We thought that sounded cheap so when we scheduled the appointment we double checked about pricing for the total cost and were told by the woman on the phone to count our vents then times that by 7 and that would be the total. For us that was $56. Day of the appointment came, the technician came into our house made himself at home, sat right down at our dining room table (without asking) and wrote up our bill for service in advance, to our shock it came to $598!! We asked him about it and explained that the girl in the office had quoted us differently. He immediately got defensive and told us that the coupons say in red letters the $7 is only for the vents, not the mains and that it was onr fault for not understanding how the process worked, which would have been true had we not explicitly asked what our total would be prior to scheduling the apointment. We asked him if customers got angry about this a lot, to which he replied only 1 or 2 in his eight years of working there. As you can see by other reviews thats not true. We needed to have this done so we agreed to the charge and let him do the work. Here is how it went, absolutely everything in our house was covered in a film of black dust and dirt (its supposed to be a clean process), he removed baby gates we have up for safety without asking for permission or help and damaged them, he walked by my kids and I in our yard and spit right by us, he left hair and debris in our vent covers and the icing on the cake was him asking for trash bags to dispose of the contents he sucked out of our vent! Not to mention he didnt follow their clearly lined out covid protocols and even used our restroom. Totally unprofessional and a complete scam! Dont give them your business! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
