Do Not Stay Here!
Staff is not helpful and extremely rude. Checked in on Friday, left Sunday. Had to request new towels from front desk, no trash emptied in room, hotel just smelled like they were trying to cover the foul smell with cheap cologne. In the ice machine area there was a smell similar to a used diaper in the trash can all weekend despite reporting this to the front desk staff. I had to go into this area several times to empty our own room trash into the larger can and the smell was horrific. Of most concern was the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. I personally witnessed multiple guests report no available parking spots at the hotel. The male staff expressed that college students use the lot (unauthorized). Guest(s) said to him, maybe you should go enforce it and he just shrugged. I then witnessed him just standing outside the main entrance smoking cigarettes on several occasions while guests were driving around in the pouring rain looking for spots. He was rude and disrespectful to guests and then when we reported this to the front desk in the morning, they supported him. Will never stay again! Many "out of order - Sorry" signs on things as well. Water stations, pancake machine, hotel printer, etc. Poorly managed hotel for the price but they have a great location so as long as people keep supporting them, nothing will change.

I stayed with my Dad for a night to get out of my dorm, and it was amazing. Everyone was very nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Now Im not saying that because Im used to my dorm bed, I have a 3 inch mattress pad! It was incredibly relaxing, and the breakfast smelt amazing. If any of my family has to stay off campus again, Ill recommend them this hotel!

Bathroom needs improvement. Everything else was good.
The good:
The bed was comfortable and got a great night's sleep.
The breakfast items were fresh.
The room decor was up-to-date and the layout was perfect.
AC plugs & USB plugs were plentiful.
WiFi was acceptable.
Hot water was super hot and pressure was acceptable, so showering was fine.
The bad:
The toilet was not perfectly clean. The ceiling above the bathtub/shower is peeling.
Miscellaneous:
2 sets of washcloths & towels. Probably minimizes theft.
No hair dryer in room, but front desk brings one quickly when asked.
The lights in the fitness room (on 2nd floor) are on a timer that shuts them off every 10-15 minutes if no motion is detected. If you're using the bike, waving your arms won't do the trick. Walk to the middle of the room and then go back to your exercise program.
