The worst place ever to rent a U-Haul they told me I went 20 miles when I went five minutes down the street for me cost $15 put in the gas tank and it should only cost me five when I only drove one way to my new house worst place ever

Sadly, I cannot recommend this business. In December 2019, My family prepaid for a truck and we were not able to check in on the app because my husband had renewed his driver’s license and had a temporary license...& the customer service representative would not give myself Nor any of our friends who were helping us move~a truck. They were beyond unhelpful & we ended up having to go rent a truck from a different company after 2 +hours of waiting. We will longer be using this business nor any uhaul locations for moving services. It seemed like the employee was discriminating against us for some unknown reason.

As mentioned by others, very good customer service. Pickup and drop off was smooth and easy and woman on the phone was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this place.
