While I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism, I was disappointed that I was charged full price for an inspection that had to be redone for a mortgage refinance, as the original inspection was more than 90 days old. We all agreed that nothing would have changed in 90 days (particularly since the home was less than a year old), yet, I was still charged $200+ for a full inspection. Surely there could be a discounted rate for a repeat inspection due to expiration of an arbitrary time limit set by the VA?! Service: Inspection

The technician who was on the property, placed poison traps and gradual seeds to prevent any more insects and critters from entering house. So far not much of new droppings found. After visit, I have gutted out garage and basement, to now see if anything new is visiting my premises. Found nesting in two shelves of which are now disposed of at transfer station and replaced with new metal shelving. Service: Rodents
