I don't leave reviews that often, but I had to leave one for Ammonoosuc Survey Co because we had such a great experience with them and saw they didn't have any reviews here.
When we bought our house, it was determined to be in a flood zone despite the house itself being much higher in elevation than the majority of the property. We needed a survey company to do a LOMA for us to prove that the house did not require flood insurance. We worked with Andy, who was friendly, organized, professional, and responsive. They made the process super easy, and our house has now been properly determined as not needing flood insurance, saving us a lot of money. They were great to work with and we can't recommend them highly enough!
