Conway Oral Healthcare: Hirschfeld Eric DDS

Excellent dentist, very friendly staff and overall great experience. No pain, no numb for 4 hours later from over medicating, no unnecessary x-rays, a common tactic to drive up the bill "just to be sure from other dentists" Just a great quick fix for a loose cavity replacement.

Let me start off by saying I have mainecare (witch is free to low income) they younger lady that handles this (seems) Incompetent, lazy and just doesn’t want to be bothered I went in as a first time customer and was told I would have to pay for my first exam. Called mainecare they said no it was covered . And gave me a number she could call , like so many her age she knows better then me and would call her own person. After another round of calls to mainecare they told me to go and dispute the charge after and that was the only way they could call and get involved THATS NOT ME . The reason I gave them 2 stars is the rest of the staff was excellent and the dentist was the best I have ever been to In closing if u have the money they are the place to go if ur dealing with insurence call around urself I have already put in a complaint that mainecare should not be sending people there
