Countryside Lock and Key

I see that this locksmith is rated highly, however, they were very unresponsive and unprofessional. I reached out to Justin for a quote and to schedule a site visit, but did not receive any further communication after sending him the information he requested. At the very least, he could have responded in a timely manner either requesting more information, or kindly letting us know he would not be able to perform the work. Based off of this small interaction, I would not recommend this company for your locksmith needs.

Very professional. Answered all questions. Never took me as just a girl. Helped me with my door codes and literally left me safer than before he came. Talked about his wife and family, seemed like a great family man and consideration for me as per how his wife does things or how she would advise me. Bad weekend, husband lost keys at a park, towed home loooonnnngggg way away, really helped out our family and the kids were so happy to not be stuck at home today!!!! Was very helpful, kind and genuine. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Would definitely recommend CountrySide Lock and Key. Justin was friendly and professional and did the work in a timely manner (from quote to install was less than a week). He gave me great instructions on using the keyless lock and the locks look awesome too. The color and style go great with our old house. Highly recommend!

The locksmith took a while to get to the job but got the job done fast. I would definitely recommended .
