        Awful. I had one hour set aside for a cleaning - which I repeatedly told the receptionist - and I showed up right on time. After waiting for twenty minutes I was told by the hygienist that she "wished she knew I was on a time crunch", and that she would have gotten me in right on time if she had known. If that was an option, then why did I wait for twenty minutes? I gave my insurance information to the receptionist at my rescheduled appointment and she failed to inform me that they're not in contract with my new provider, so now I'm stuck with a bill for what I thought would be a fully covered appointment. When I called to express my concern I got a bad attitude and nothing else.
