I wanted to love this place so bad! The atmosphere is amazing and super inviting! I got a spa pedicure and honestly it was one of the worst. The woman doing my pedicure was really sweet but seemed stressed and tired and didn’t put effort into making my experience great. She rushed through my pedicure and my feet looked and felt the same as it did before going...after not having a pedicure for months due to COVID I was really hoping to enjoy myself and feel amazing after, which didn’t happen :( I emailed the owners and asked for them to reach out to me about my experience and didn’t hear back..I will not be returning!

Update: Soak reached out to me and scheduled another appointment to fix the polish. What wonderful customer service! Highly recommend.
Had a really nice pedicure and reflexology treatment here. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Unfortunately the nail polish may be outdated or was applied incorrectly. It was supposed to get me through until Thanksgiving but began to chip 3 days later, and now one week later the polish has chipped on both of my big toes.

Amazing spa they all make you feel right at home from the moment you check in. I wanted to surprise my husband with his first pedicure and they set it all up so we were able to have our pedicures side-by-side and he said he will definitely be back one of the best spas in the CONCORD area
