Charlestown Health Center

I’ve been going here for about a year and have never had a bad experience. I’ve recently been experiencing some health issues so I’ve been going in more frequently. I had to take a visit to the walk-in the other day where there was only a male doctor available. I asked my nurse if she’d stay in the room with me so I wouldn’t have to be alone with a man. She was more than willing to do so but she went above and beyond for me and got me a woman doctor. Only complaint is theyre understaffed which obviously isn’t their fault. They’re awesome.

I went there for my index finger that I needed stitches. A PA put 7 stitches in my finger. I went back 9 days later to have the stitches removed. A different PA took the stitches out and put a bandaid on my finger and sent me away. When I returned home I looked at my finger and the stitches never took. What kind of PA would send you home with a opened wound. When I called they acted like it was ok. This is the worst health center I have been in my 59 years on this earth. Change doctors now if you can I did.

Always great experience with my daughter. The whole nursing staff is always warm, welcoming and remember her. Dr. Grace continually gives excellent care, giving her time and attention to us along with practical assistance. We have only loved coming here.

Daniel Caloras has been my children's doctor since they were born. He's always been great with them and is genuinely caring about their health. He takes time with each patient and doesn't speed up the process just to see more patients.

Short wait for Urgent Care an was seen 5 minutes after putting me in a room. The Provider was 👍 very professional as well as the staff I dealt with!
