        Well I wouldn't recommend anyone working at ceramco. The web site says they are hiring but lack of communication in the business

        I ordered more of these screws than I needed, and I am glad that I did because half of them are not properly threaded. I ended up breaking the head off one of them just trying to get it to screw in. Please pay more attention to quality control in the future. These are expensive screws to get wrong. Edit: Website states "It is recommended that you not engage more than 5 threads on any male fastener" for alumina fasteners. My application did involve more than that, so that's on me for not reading "Important Information". The screws that were able to thread more than 5 work well. 4 stars because the website does not state this during checkout.
