Absolute Mechanical Systems Custom Heating & Cooling

Weve used Absolute twice now. Once for our furnace, and most recently to replace a water heater. Both times Absolute came within an hour, provided excellent service, and quality work. The staff is friendly, and their prices are reasonable compared to other quotes weve gotten for these projects. I highly recommend Absolute.

Fantastic company to work with. My wife and I wanted to add mini splits to our home. Shawn came out and met with us. He explained everything to us and within a day we had our written estimate back. We agreed to the quote, which was more than reasonable. He called to schedule the work within 2 weeks of agreeing to the quote. The day they were supposed to start, a snowstorm was coming. He called the day before to reschedule for the next day after the storm. The crew showed up at 9 am and the install of 1 heat pump and 2 interior units was complete. They were professional. They showed us how everything worked once they were done. I would highly recommend Absolute Mechanical. Absolutely!!!

Absolute installed my system, and it was working fine for 2 years. I called them this year for an annual tuneup- and after this the heat pump stopped working. Called them again and the found out that The system is missing gas (ac was fine all summer long...) Fixed that- and now the furnace is smoking into the vents, and the smoke alarm goes off each and every time. Those people either don't know what their doing or deliberately playing with it to force you make additional service calls. Came same day to diagnose a bad pressure switch in furnace, and had it replaced the next day. Pricey, but great service. You get what you pay for.

Great service and professionalism. They explained our options and gave us recommendations. From me calling them for an appointment to look into my problem to install it took 2 days.. it doesn't get any better than that. Especially with the weather we are having. I will definitely do business with them again.
