        I waited six months and rescheduled a business trip for a dental cleaning appointment with them, only to be called by the office three days before the appointment to reschedule. Clearly I don't matter to them as a patient. I will take my business elsewhere. If I cannot trust them to respect my time how can I trust them to provide proper care?

        Been a patient in Bristol for 2 years due to my doctor moving. Been there 3 times. First was for a physical that no one seems to have my blood work for, so idk where my blood went. Second time was fine. Then yesterday I call for kidney stones. They tell me to go to Plymouth to be seen right away. I leave immediately and drive 20 minutes to Plymouth to be told I'm "too late" and they offered me an appointment 5 hours later. I went to urgent care. I will be taking my health care somewhere else. They seem inept.
