The apartments are well maintained as well as the parking lot.

The roof leaks and windows don't work properly (almost fell off the track while trying to close -- from the 3rd story!). The drama in the building is awful. On trash day the trash is piled up outside the front door - smells awful when walking in and out of the building.

Apartment was nice but the drama in the building makes it a nightmare.
