Brought my car in to get a parasitic draw looked at a few months back. Spoke with Ed about finding out what was wrong with it, $600 later he stated that he “Replaced the battery and tightened up some loose wiring.” and assured me that if anything was to happen again that the work was warrantied. Now a week ago the car doesn’t start (the battery is dead) I make an appointment to drop it off at Berlin Auto on a Monday morning. I get a call that afternoon saying they can’t get to it today because their lifts were full. I had to swing by to grab house keys from the car and they're sitting inside chatting, with not a single car on a lift. I decided not to say anything and left the car there Tuesday as well. Wednesday comes around and I call to check the status of the car and they have the audacity to tell me that they can’t find anything. The car sat in the same spot all 3 days it was there (I drive by it everyday to go to work) and recommend that I go to Gateway Auto instead. Wish they would have told me that months ago before I gave this clown any money. This place is a joke, if you need anything other than an oil change and your tires rotated go somewhere else.
