We have lived here for 3 years and are getting ready to move out of state, otherwise we would never want to leave! The office management has always been accommodating and helpful, as much as is possible. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. We did have construction projects over the past year or so that have made life a little less convenient (especially with little ones), but for managing as many apartments as they do, I believe everything was handled as well as it possibly could be. I don't think it would be fair to base a rating on all the projects that have taken place, because they are temporary "problems" that will be over soon, and life here will go back to being peaceful and lovely. We've had the best little neighborhood, a wonderful community of people who have become friends. We feel so blessed to have lived here. My only real reason for giving a 4 star rating instead of 5, is the lack of laundry machines in the units. As a mom, I do a lot of laundry! It's difficult to get out to do it, especially during the day. The laundromat on the property is nice, and more affordable than others in the area, but the washing machines are relatively small. Otherwise, I'm so happy with our experience. A lovely spot with plenty of room for kids to play, woods all around us, and a pretty little stream running through the property. I will truly miss Brookside!

This place sucks!! It's like living in a concentration camp. !!dont ever live here!! The place is full of mold and they just paint over it and all the renovations are a joke they are just covering problems and calling it fixed! Useless! This place makes me sick
