Just got back from Sandals St. Lucia. Where do we start? We needed some serious RnR. And we got plenty of that. But we also had the option to go full boogie at The Sandals Grand Lucian which we did for a day. Nice balance there, for sure. But more importantly about this whole vacation was the the service we received from Lisa Paladino. She is totally transparent and honest to a T. My kind of travel agent and person in general. You know where you stand, totally. The rest is up to you. But know what she says, she means. And the service end was seemless and easy. We ended up with a catamaran trip as a perk for attending an online seminar. We have been on MANY of these trips, but the one that we received had only 14 people on it. The Captain and crew could not have been more personable and made us feel like friends. To see The Pitons up that close was ridiculous. One of the best catamaran trips we have ever taken. Lisa was so very helpful from assisting us in choosing the best place for our honeymoon (Sandals Barbados for the win!), to selecting which activities we'd like to sign up for while there, to assisting us pick the best flights for our budget and time constraints. Everything she described and advised was spot on! We appreciate her expertise and positive personality so much we've recommended her services to many friends and family members and have already booked another trip with her (actually texting and Facetiming with her while on our honeymoon at Sandals to make sure we got the best Sandals deal locked in for our anniversary next summer).
