Lynn was great! She was the seller's agent on a property I was interested in and a Redfin realtor I was in contact about it wasn't returning my calls. I didn't want to lose our on this property after losing our on a couple others due to Redfin ness, so I looked up who the selling agent was, contacted her directly asking if she'd work for me as the buyer as well. She accepted, I signed a contract with her as my agent and made she everything simple for myself and the seller. I couldn't be happier with the results of her service. Everything went perfectly!
If you're buying or selling in the Barrington, NH area I'd highly recommend contacting her.
Our closing was completed in less than 2 months of first seeing the property, and we were from out of state 2 hours away. Everything was handled by phone calls, text and email to make the deal happen.
She was very quick in response to questions and concerns. Thanks to her we now have our lakefront property on a private lake.
