Woundful dog grooming service. Meaghan did a excellent job on my dog. Very pleased with her professional toich. Friendly employees. I would highly recommend Barrington Pet Connections to anyone I know.

Cute little shop with super helpful staff. Took my cat to get an overgrown claw taken care of and they did fantastic! My fur-bean has never been to a groomer before but they made sure to give her lots of extra love and were great going over how to take care of her claws. Their little store-cat was super sweet too and wicked friendly! Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place.

I just wanted to share the amazing customer service I experienced at this store today. My dog recently had an abscess rupture. He needed a cone as he wouldnt leave it alone. I had no idea what to get. I asked the two women working for some help. They took the time to show me the products they had. They made a recommendation for a cream and one of them even found a donation cone to give to me since there were only smalls in the store. My pup is very large. These two employees completely went out of their way to help me and were so friendly. I love this store and always get my dog food here and will continue to visit. Thank you so much to the two lovely women who helped me today

Brought my long hair American Bobtail cat here after my vet recommended them. I've never been able to find a cat groomer and I've been trying to make do with Youtube videos and home brushes. It got to a point where I felt like I was just making things worse- one mat removed and I swear three more appeared. I can't convey how thankful I am. My furbaby looks like a kitten again and she's so happy. I'm just so impressed with the service and results. I even made an appointment for my shorthair cat (she sheds so much). Thank you so much for the amazing work with my kitty today.

Terrible experience today for our grooming appointment.  We showed up and they asked for our rabies vaccination.  Which I didn't have on me because they didn't notify me the records they had were out of date.  At any point during the last 6 weeks since we were there for our LAST appointment, they could have notified us.   We have been groomed several times since the last vaccine expired in 2021.  They could have told us any of those times when we booked our appointments they needed the update.  By the time I could find the information in my phone there was no time to groom my dog because the next appointment was booked an hour after ours.  There was another dog that was also turned away for the same reason, he was not told his record needed updating until he showed up for his 9am.  I don't have a problem with proof of vaccines.  I have a problem with the fact they didn't bother to tell me until I was there.  And what kind of grooming would my aussie get if they had two 9ams and then a 10am.  I'm not sure I'll go back because I am so angry.  I have no problem showing proof, so the "is for her safety and every one elses" speech was stupid.  I'm guessing they screwed up the morning and I was collateral damage?  I used to recommend them, not anymore.ETA:  Except there was no reminder (call, text or otherwise) of my appointment.  No info when I booked the appointment.  That is the problem.  NO ONE notified me you didn't have up to date info in the last 17 months!  .  I COULD NOT supply it if I was  not told.   That is the issue.  Not safety, communication.   This is not my fault.  This is the fault of your employees..  Don't try to put it on me that if I had provided it earlier... How about taking responsibility for your lack of communication.  Not an issue though because I won't come back.  And if you'd read the review, Jesse, you'd see the lack of communication was the issue.  I was not told until 9am today by Pet Connection they did have her up to date info.  No safety issue, no issue with providing it.  Issue is no communication.  Clearly, since the other guy checking in had the same problem.  Own your mistakes, instead of passing it off on your loyal customer.
