The walk in was fantastic, but they longer do walk in anymore. If you want to come here from primary care, just d o n t. If you like calling for an apt and not hearing back ever, this is your place to go!!!

We recently moved to concord and Barrington is too far a ride but Dr Shilling is missed. She is a great doctor and we haven’t been able to find another like her.

Overall this office really needs a lot of help… as a new resident of Barrington I picked this office out of convenience because it is literally down the street from my home but the front office staff is less than helpful. When I receive multiple phone calls with the same information that just shows me that there is no communication there on top of that the customer service is not there. Recently our provider left the office and instead of finding us a new provider they tell us that we are required to find a new provider. In my opinion this is the worst customer service possible. So now because my pcp left I have no pcp and as we all know they are all booked out beyond belief. Thankfully my family and I are very healthy and don’t need to be seen very often but now that we do we have nobody. All I can say is not impressed and based on the reviews I have read this office doesn’t seem to have great reviews. If you don’t have patience you don’t have an office

I think this practice is great! Check-in is easy and friendly. The med techs and nurses are easy to talk with and have a sense of humor. Dr. Shilling is friendly, looks you in the eye instead of focusing only on her computer, which I appreciate. She's very thorough, and informative. She is compassionate and has a great bedside manner. The walk-in care has always been friendly and prompt when I have used it. I love this practice!
