Jeff's K-1 Heating LLC

Jeff installed my Toyotomi Laser 300 a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. This after local HVAC businesses tried to sell me a gas system or minisplit for twice the price. Jeff arrived early and was not fazed by my wet basement. He took the time to explain some things a new owner should know, and was available for questions via email. Toyotomis are fantastic little heaters - quiet and safe (burn chamber is well shielded and all exterior parts stay cool). It's programmable so your house is warm when you get home. It could heat much more than the 215 sq ft space. I'm estimating my heating cost for a full winter to be $300-400. Service: Heating system installation

We had a monitor for over 25 yrs. It was time for a newer model (my opinion) and we had Jeff install a Toyotomi 530. Jeff was professional, on time, and this new unit heats better than the original Monitor. We are very happy with it and Jeff is always quick to respond to whatever we need. Will definitely recommend Jeff to anyone.

Jeff installed a new furnace for us and not only did he do it in what I imagine was record breaking time, he also did it at a very fair price. Shortly after the installation we had an issue with noise and Jeff made it a priority to get right over to address it. He made sure everything was right and at no additional cost to us. I will continue to use him for all of our services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor! Thanks again!

Jeff came out serviced my heater on 12/27/17. It was freezing out. Jeff has been servicing my monitors for years great guy great service. Recommend him to anyone!
