        Dr. Deb is back! I got myself and four year old checked today. It went smoothly and she handled him very well for his age and enthusiasm level.

        i was late about 5 minutes, and they decided to cancel my entire appointment. even after emphasizing that i cannot drive without a new prescription, and i also risked my life driving to the appointment. they did not care. very unprofessional. wonder where the old doctor went? new one is just terrible . maybe waiting 3 months for a new provider is a better choice. wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

        Went on May 17 and have not yet received my glasses. It’s July 8. Called three weeks ago, they said another week, no glasses yet. Am switching eye doctors next time around.

        We never received our glasses despite being charged for them. We have tried many times to call but they never return our phone calls either. I’m not sure how they stay in business.
