At Altitude apartment, we are still having the same problems with washers and dryer are not serviced. I do appreciate that you gave me your number, however, no one available to answer after five or weekend. It have been over 4 months and these machines were never serviced. Dryers are never working, machines are never serviced. 3 out of the 4 dryers used today are not working.

Yankee Equipment was recommended to me by Speed Queen when I called them directly to confirm my washing machine was still under warranty. The retailer I purchased it from had informed me the warranty was expired, their repair shop would cost $195 just to come and look, and that it would be three weeks or more before they could come out. Yankee Equipment scheduled us in three days. Mike, the technician arrived 10 minutes early, found another problem with the machine (had the part in his van!), repaired it all inside of 15 minutes and it cost me exactly $0.

Yankee Equipment supplies the laundry machines at Northgate Apartments in Rochester NH. The machines they supplied have been out of balance since day 1, you can hear them in the lobby when they are running on the other side of the building, they shake your walls. If you are in there when they start the high speed cycle you literally may suffer hearing loss, this is not an exaggeration these machines are around and sometimes over 120 decibels. They have been called numerous times to fix this issue and a few others yet they only come by to collect the laundry money.

I have a mobile pet grooming business and was in need of a commercial washer. Tom was able to outline each piece of equipment and make a recommendation that suited my business needs and my wallet. He knows his equipment and stands behind his product. We had a minor installation issue and he worked to get it rectified quickly. He is an honest dealer and can be depended on to deliver what he promises. Doesn't oversell. As a business owner myself, I appreciate dealing with people like Tom. I will be back when I expand and my needs grow. Thanks for a great experience.
