STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! Unless you like trash!
Over priced, tiny sites on top of other sites, ghetto restrooms, septic filled beach, flithy game room, over grown weeds on the sites, owners that don't care about their property or guest.
They offered to park our camper with a tractor because the site was so tight. They backed it into the electric and water post. Causing major damage to our camper. Broke our sewer pipe too! Zero remorse and refused to cover the damages they caused on our brand new camper. Worst experience ever!

This is the real JOE WOODS!!! BEWARE MOST POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Beyond unprofessional to have a business create so many fake accounts to write their own reviews. But to create one using my name after I wrote a honest review with a real experience. In Aug 2021 we spent a week there. The camp ground was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting and their septic system overflowed flooding multiple sites and gushing onto to the beach into the water. At no time did they close swimming down for the toxic waste! We tried to talk to the owners about our concerns, they were both completely ignorant to the situation.

Very nice. Stayed in September. Very clean. A lot of fake 1 star reviews. Sad to see lies about this awesome place!
