Chris was very patient and informative as he walked us through the home inspection and his report was detailed and gave us a great checklist for what we wanted to address in the house. He was very responsive when we reached out for an appointment, the online payment system was very easy to use, he confirmed in advance, and arrived early. We highly recommend him.

Great service! Welcome Home Inspections (WHI) provided useful information and insightful comments about the property I was about to buy. The inspection was conducted punctually, the report was issued promptly after the inspection and the inspector was available to answer all of my questions.

We have used Chris for 3 home inspections as we attempt to buy our first home. He is incredibly thorough, and we appreciate his willingness to go a step further and explain how issues could/should be remedied. He’s also been very patient to answer the questions of 6+ people at these inspections!!!
