In todays world...finding good customer service can be a challenge. Finding amazing customer service is like hitting the lottery. NH Gas Fireplace Service was truly an amazing experience. Allen was frequent in his communication, arrived to the appointment exactly on-time; and charged us the amount he said he would. The service was clean, timely and went above my expectations. I've already handed out his card to my neighbors and let friends in the area know. If it has been 2 or 3 years since you've had your gas fireplace inspected and cleaned...give Allen a call.

We called about 4 different fireplace companies. One finally recommended NH Gas Fireplace Service I called Alan this morning. He came out this afternoon and looked at our fireplace that wouldn’t light. He replaced 3 parts. Cleaned everything up. Even touched up the black backing. Our fireplace is beautiful!!! If you’re in the East New Hampshire area and need your fireplace tweaked! I highly recommend NH Gas Fireplace Alan was phenomenal and I’m beyond impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and quality of service provided.
