Glynn House Inn

Unfortunately we never were able to go to the Glynn House as management is extremely flexible. Originally they had us down for three nights when I requested two nights. Once I received the confirmation email, I had called to let them know that the nights were wrong. They said since the confirmation email was sent to me, there is nothing they can do. Fine as they had already charged my card. When we found out that we needed to reschedule our trip, I had called asking for a either a refund our a gift certificate to use for the future. The lady said she would email it to me. Never did. So I called again asking for it, she said she would email it to me. Never did. I called for a third time, and the lady snapped on me and after going back and forth she actually hung up on me. I have never experienced this type of behavior from an owner of a hotel. If you are wanting to go to a place that are flexible and accommodating…DO NOT GO HERE.

Wonderful, thoughtful host. Delicious breakfasts with many gluten-free options. Glenn even packed us a sack breakfast for our early departure day. Thank you!!!
