Highland Lake Inn

Loved our room, it was beautiful and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, awesome to talk with other guests and owners. We came in late but the house was beautiful. The only note is we were asked to eat our dinner in our car when we came in, I understand not in rooms but it was odd we couldnt sit in the living area. Overall highly recommend if your looking for something elevated.

Beautiful location, cozy rooms, I felt like being at home, the food was very delicious, Pecco and Gail are wonderful hosts and we would certainly have loved to stay longer.

What a wonderful property! I was fortunate enough to be invited to a wedding at this lovely Inn. The scenery and ambiance are without compare. However, what made this event extrordinary was the innkeeper/owner, Peco. He brings a European sophistication to the venue, blending old world charm and a wry sense of humor. I cannot rave about the Inn enough!

Throughout our three day stay, the innkeeper harassed me for asking for a key to my room by repeatedly telling me, my family, and strangers that I did not trust my family (we were there for a wedding). He was generally controlling. I have updated my review after learning that he invaded the personal space of another guest and made inappropriate and suggestive remarks towards them.
