I love the Nurse Practitioners that work here, they have given nothing but exemplary care to me for 15 years, but the front office just downright refuses to answer phone calls. The amazing staff that actually oversees my health keeps me coming back but If I have another day like today where I am on hold for 15+ minutes, calling multiple times just to get someone to answer, I will have no choice but to find another provider. I already have to log in to 40+ portals every day for work, the last thing I want to do when I am in poor health and need help is be forced to use a patient portal that I did not ask for. I wish they would just be honest and come out and say it. "we are not interested in communicating via telephone" so that I could get on with it and go find a place that is.

I have been going to this practice since 2016 - and I have had the pleasure of being connected to Amy Kennedy when I first found the practice. She has changed my mind about healthcare, if I am going to be honest. I didn't love the idea of going to the doctor nor did I like the idea of taking medication - but it has been with her gentle guidance and her willingness to go slow/listen/explain everything that I find myself agreeing to follow her lead so often! She is everything an amazing provider should be - patient, kind, understanding, knowledgable, and an overall wonderful person. My life is healthier because of Amy - and for that I am eternally grateful. If you are pondering whether to choose this practice - I would 100% recommend.

I just had my first appointment here with my daughter after switching from another pediatrician I was not happy with. I finally found an office where I feel like my baby is in good hands. All my questions were answered and the staff was so nice and understanding!
