Got a custom order cake from here. Not only what was supposed to be written on it wrong, the fondant was of different thickness all around the cake, the cake was at least 4-5 inches shorter than it was supposed to be. When the cake was picked up, the top of the box had smashed into the frosting on the top of the cake.
When we asked for a refund, we were told no, we were stuck with the cake.

Absolutely love this place! My company has used them & It was so good that I decided to pay the shop a visit & wow!! The grain free products are so awesome also and I love that the owner, who is so nice, offered to let me place an order for products not available. Clean, quality & delicious!!

yes their staff is friendly and the things in the building are good, when you have them make I custom order for a cake and pre-paid for it but the cake you get is not what you wanted. They will not refund anything back to you even if the cake they made was terrible. The green cake is what I got, the blue cake is what i wanted.
